Privacy Policy

• Account info — if you sign in, your email address (via magic link or Google). An account is optional.
• Your reflections & check-ins — the private notes and weekly clarity ratings you write. Without an account these stay on your device; with one, they sync to your private account so you can use the app across devices.
• Usage data — basic, aggregated analytics (pages viewed, features used) to understand and improve the app.
• Payment info — if you subscribe, billing is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

To provide the app, sync your data, send the emails you've enabled (daily reminders, and for Premium, your weekly Growth Report), process payments, and improve the product. For Premium AI features (the Growth Report and Reflection Insights), your reflections are sent to our AI provider to generate insights for you — these are shown only to you, never sold, and never used to train any model.

We use a small set of trusted providers to run the app:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and secure storage
• Stripe — subscription payments
• Resend — transactional email
• Anthropic — AI processing for Premium insight features
• Vercel & PostHog — hosting and product analytics

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

• Email — you can turn daily reminders off anytime in Settings.
• Export — download all your data as a file from Settings → Data.
• Delete — delete your account and all associated data from Settings → Data. This is permanent.

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile, reflections, and check-ins are permanently removed.

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy; we'll revise the date above and, for material changes, give notice in the app.
